Pick up Service
The Villages Transportation service will pick up Villages Residents and their guests at their home and take them to the designated Shuttle Station for transfer to and from Orlando International Airport. For an Additional Fee.
Payment Options
We do not require prepayment for any reservation. Prepayment is accepted in our office or by phone with VISA® or MasterCard® credit cards. You may pay the driver by cash or check. Our drivers are not equipped to accept credit cards

All Passengers
Please arrive at your scheduled departure station at least 15 minutes prior to your shuttle departure time. In accordance with the strictly enforced Orlando International Airport rules and regulations, we are not permitted to wait for passengers with delayed flights. We will do our best to accommodate those passengers on our very next scheduled shuttle pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy
24-hours notice is required to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $5 service fee. For no-shows or same day cancellations, you will receive an in-house credit for a future trip.
Child Travelers
All children under the age of four (4) must be in a child safety seat/car seat. Accompanying adult is responsible for supplying the child safety seat.
Pets
Small pets only and must be kept in pet carrier at all times.
